Ingredients
½ cup Cottage Cheese
¼ cup light sour cream
¼ cup Sweet & Creamy Greek Yoghurt
1 egg
2 tablespoons sugar-free maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup fresh raspberries
2 scoops Tasteless Protein by Feel Good Protein
Yoghurt and fresh raspberries as a garnish
Method
1. Preheat oven to 160C.
2. In a blender or blender cup, combine the cottage cheese, light sour cream, greek yoghurt, 1 egg, vanilla extract, Tasteless Protein by Feel Good Protein, and fresh raspberries.
3. Blend until smooth.
4. Pour mixture into greased ramekins.
5. Place the ramekins into a water bath and bake them in the oven for 40 minutes.
6. Remove from the oven and allow the Raspberry Cottage Cheesecake to cool completely before serving
7. Serve with yoghurt and fresh berries on top.
