Ingredients
4 Weetbix
½ cup old fashioned Rolled Oats
3 scoops Tasteless Whey by Feel Good Protein
1 tbsp Chia Seeds
½ cup Desiccated Coconut
2 tsps Pure Botany Raspberry Powder
2 tbsps Mini Marshmallows cut in half
2 tbsps Noshu Dark Chocolate Chips
½ cup peanut butter (we used smooth, but you can substitute with any other nut butter of your choice)
120 mls boiling water
Additional 80 mls water – room temperature
Method
- Line a 22.5 x 22.5 cm baking dish with non-stick baking paper and set it aside.
- In a large bowl, break up the Weetbix into fine crumbs and add 120 ml of hot water.
- Add the rolled oats, Tasteless Whey Protein by Feel Good Protein, chia seeds, coconut, raspberry powder, marshmallows, and choc chips to the bowl.
- Stir in the peanut butter and half of the additional water.
- Combine all the ingredients until they come together. If the mixture is too dry, gradually add more water, but avoid making it too wet or sloppy.
- Once the mixture is well combined, pour it into your lined baking dish and press it down firmly.
- Place the dish in the fridge and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.
- After refrigerating, remove the slice from the fridge and cut it into 15 equal pieces.
- Enjoy! These slices are perfect for busy weekday mornings as a breakfast or as snacks on the go.
