Ingredients

6 Oranges
½ cup Vanilla Almond Milk
½ cup Lite Ricotta
2 Orange & Mango Lite Jelly Sachets
3 scoops Tasteless Protein by Feel Good Protein
1 scoop Fresh Lemonade Protein Water by Feel Good Protein
250 grams lite cream cheese

Method

1. Cut the tops off your oranges and carefully remove the flesh out of the oranges. 

2. In a blender cup add the Lite Ricotta and the Almond Milk and blend together until the ingredients are smooth and silky.

3. Pour the mixture into a large heat proof bowl and heat it in the microwave until it is lightly bubbling.

4. Add the powdered ingredients (jelly sachets, Tasteless Protein and Protein Water) one at a time and mix with a whisk or hand blender in between each ingredient.

5. Add in the lite cream cheese and whisk until everything is perfectly combined.

6. Fill the orange cups and chill in the fridge overnight.
