Condensed milk is one of those ingredients that is often found in many different baking recipes. We can use a sugar free alternative to keep the carb levels low in our favourite recipes. This means if you want to eat lower carbs, you can still enjoy your favourite treats with adapted ingredients.

Ingredients
2 & 1/2 cups low fat Cream
1/4 cup butter
¾ – 1 cup monkfruit sugar alternative (adjust this to your taste)
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
3 scoops Tasteless Protein
Method
Add all ingredients into a saucepan and place over medium heat. Bring to the boil. Stirring regularly.
Once boiling, reduce heat to very low and simmer for at least 45 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Allow to cool completely and then store in your preferred container in the refrigerator for up to a month.
Use as you would use condensed milk.
