This Peanut Protein Chia Pudding is rich, chocolatey, and seriously easy to make. It’s got that irresistible peanut brittle flavour, paired with a creamy chia base and a crisp chocolate topping. High in protein, low on effort, and perfect for meal prep or when you’re craving something sweet that still supports your goals.
Ingredients
¼ cup chia seeds
1 tbsp allulose
1 scoop Whey Protein by Feel Good Protein (Peanut Brittle)
2 tbsp Noshu 97% Sugar Free Dark Chocolate Chips
1 tsp coconut oil
1 tsp unsalted peanuts
10 raspberries
Method
- Pour 200ml of water into a serving glass.
- Add the Whey Protein in Peanut Brittle into the glass. Mix until well combined.
- Add the allulose and the chia seeds and mix well.
- Set in the fridge for at least 2 to 4 hours, depending on the texture you enjoy.
- Remove the chia pudding from the fridge.
- Add the chocolate chips and coconut oil to a bowl. Microwave chocolate chips and coconut oil for 30 seconds.
- Pour the mixture over the set chia pudding. Add the raspberries and refrigerate again until the chocolate mixture is set.
- Add additional raspberries and peanuts and enjoy your Peanut Protein Chia Pudding!
