Start your day with a satisfying and healthy breakfast! This recipe offers a delicious blend of natural sweetness from bananas and rich, nutty flavour from homemade pistachio butter. It’s also gluten-free and contains no refined sugar. We’ve added Tasteless Protein by Feel Good Protein for an extra protein boost without changing the flavour.
Ingredients
2 scoops Tasteless Protein by Feel Good Protein
½ cup oat flour
1 egg
½ tsp baking powder
1 mashed banana
1 tbsp sugar free sweetener
â…“ cup milk of choice
2 tbsp sugar-free maple syrup
2 tbsp homemade pistachio butter
2 tbsp Greek yoghurt
Reserved portion of the filling
Fresh raspberries
Method
1. Preheat oven to 180°C and lightly grease a small oven-safe dish or ramekin.
2. In a blender, combine oat flour, baking powder, banana, sweetener, milk, and Tasteless Protein by Feel Good Protein. Blend until smooth.
3. To make the filling mix together sugar-free maple syrup, pistachio butter, and Greek yoghurt in a small bowl until well combined. Set aside a small amount to use as a topping.
4. Pour half of the batter into the prepared dish. Spoon the remaining filling on top, then layer with the rest of the batter.
5. Bake for 15 minutes, or until the oats are set and lightly golden on top.
6. Once baked, spread the reserved filling on top and garnish with fresh raspberries.
7. Serve warm and enjoy!
