These Protein Date Bites are your new go-to snack. They combine the rich, natural sweetness of medjool dates with the satisfying crunch of almonds and a boost of protein. Perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth while keeping your health goals on track, these cups are as delicious as they are nutritious.
Ingredients
1 cup almonds
4 scoops Tasteless Protein by Feel Good Protein
220g pitted medjool dates
1 tbsp vanilla extract
100g Sugar Free Chocolate Drops by Get Ya Yum On
1 tbsp coconut oil
Optional: use almond milk to make the chocolate a little runnier if required.
Method
- Into a blender or food processor, add the almonds, dates and Tasteless Protein.
- Process the ingredients until a smooth texture forms.
- Add the vanilla extract.
- Grease a mini muffin pan. Take small balls of the mixture and press them into the mini muffin pans. Make a small hole in each one.
- Set in the fridge for 20 minutes.
- In a small bowl, melt the chocolate drops in the microwave with the coconut oil.
- Fill the little hole in each bite with the chocolate mixture.
- Once filled, return the date cups to the fridge to set for at least an hour.

Storage: Keep in the fridge for up to a week and in the freezer for one month.
