Ingredients
Ice Cream Base
2 scoops Whey Protein by Feel Good Protein (Chocolate Milk)
2 scoops Tasteless Protein by Feel Good Protein
1 tbsp Flavoured Instant Coffee by Feel Good Coffee (Hazelnut)
40ml boiling water
2 bananas
400ml Greek yoghurt
½ cup cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
Chocolate Shell
2 tbsp coconut oil
400g Noshu Milk Chocolate Chips (95% sugar-free)
Optional Toppings
Chopped almonds
Dried rose petals
Method
- Make your coffee using the boiling water and Flavoured Instant Coffee. Stir well and allow it to cool.
- In a blender, add bananas, yoghurt, cooled coffee, cream, vanilla, and both protein powders.
- Blend until silky and smooth.
- Pour into ice cream moulds and freeze overnight.
- Melt the coconut oil and the chocolate together in the microwave. Stir until glossy and smooth.
- Remove ice creams from the moulds and dip each one into the chocolate mix. Place onto grease-proof paper and let the shell set.
- Top with chopped almonds or rose petals.
- Store in the freezer and enjoy your Protein Mocha Ice Cream!
