Ingredients
1 sachet (60g) Meal Replacement Shake by Feel Good Protein (Vanilla Wafer)
1 tsp cocoa powder
¼ cup water
1 tbsp plain Greek yoghurt
1 tbsp desiccated coconut
¼ cup mashed raspberries
Method
- In a bowl, whisk together Meal Replacement Shake, yoghurt, and water until smooth.
- Divide the mixture and add the cocoa powder to one-half.
- In a jar or cup, layer mashed raspberries on the bottom, then spoon over the whipped vanilla mixture and then the cocoa mixture.
