Ingredients
⅓ cup rolled oats
35g Whey Protein by Feel Good Protein in Chocolate Milk
1 tsp cacao powder
1 tsp chia seeds
1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/3 cup high-protein Chobani yoghurt
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tsp sugar-free maple syrup or honey
1 tsp roasted cashews, chopped
Method
- In a jar or bowl, add oats, Feel Good Protein Whey Protein in Chocolate Milk, cacao powder and chia seeds.
- Add almond milk and yoghurt. Stir well to combine.
- Drizzle peanut butter and maple syrup over the top. Lightly swirl it through.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
- In the morning, top with chopped cashews before serving.
