Ingredients

⅓ cup rolled oats
35g Whey Protein by Feel Good Protein in Chocolate Milk
1 tsp cacao powder
1 tsp chia seeds
1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/3 cup high-protein Chobani yoghurt
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tsp sugar-free maple syrup or honey
1 tsp roasted cashews, chopped

Method

  1. In a jar or bowl, add oats, Feel Good Protein Whey Protein in Chocolate Milk, cacao powder and chia seeds.
  2. Add almond milk and yoghurt. Stir well to combine.
  3. Drizzle peanut butter and maple syrup over the top. Lightly swirl it through.
  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
  5. In the morning, top with chopped cashews before serving.
