Ingredients
140 grams Double D Sugar-free Marshmallows
1/2 cup Peanut Butter
1/3 cup Sugar-free Maple Syrup
3 cups Freedom Crispy Rice Puffs (or you can use Brown Rice Puffs or Rice Bubbles if desired)
4 scoops Tasteless Protein by Feel Good Protein
70 grams Noshu White Choc Baking Chips
1 tablespoon Coconut Oil
Halloween Blood Shot Candy Eyes
Optional: Food colouring of choice for the topping. We used blue, green and pink!
Method
1. Combine the marshmallows, peanut butter, and sugar-free maple syrup in a large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave until the marshmallows are melted, or melt the mixture on the stove using a saucepan.
2. Add the Rice Puffs and Tasteless Protein to the melted mixture, stirring until well combined.
3. Line a brownie pan with greaseproof paper and pour the mixture into the pan.
4. With clean, damp hands, press the mixture evenly into the pan until the surface is smooth.
5. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, then slice into bars.
6. Melt Noshu white chocolate and coconut oil together, adding food colouring if desired.
7. Dip one end of each protein bar into the melted chocolate, then top with Halloween candy eyes. Enjoy your Spooky Monster Protein Bars!
