A simple, high-protein cheesecake made to celebrate St Patrick’s Day. This easy no-bake Protein Cheesecake features a smooth, creamy cheesecake layer, a soft protein-packed base, and a light jelly topping for the perfect festive finish. Delicious, fun, and secretly loaded with protein!
Ingredients
20g almond flour
1 scoop Whey Protein by Feel Good Protein (Chocolate Milk)
20ml water
100g YoPRO High Protein Yoghurt Vanilla
1 scoop Whey Protein by Feel Good Protein (Choc Mint Ice Cream)
10g Protein Jelly by Feel Good Protein (Lemon Lime)
110ml boiling water
Method
1. Add yoghurt and Whey Protein (Choc Mint) to a bowl and mix well. Set to the side.
2. Add almond flour, Whey Protein (Chocolate Milk) and 20ml water into a container.
3. Mix ingredients and spread evenly to create a base.
4. Pour yoghurt and whey protein mixture over the base and spread evenly.
5. Add Protein Jelly (Lemon Lime) to 110ml boiling water and mix until fully dissolved.
6. Pour the jelly over the back of a spoon into the container with the base and filling.
7. Place in the refrigerator until fully set.
8. Remove from the fridge and enjoy your St Patrick’s Day Protein Cheesecake!
