Ingredients

2 pears
1 cup dark cherry juice
1/3 cup sugar-free maple syrup
125g light cream cheese
1/3 cup light mascarpone
1 scoop Feel Good Protein Whey Protein – Vanilla Ice Cream

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Cut the pears in half and remove the cores.
  3. In a small ovenproof dish, mix the cherry juice and sugar-free maple syrup until well combined.
  4. Place the pears face-down in the juice mixture and bake for 20 minutes.
  5. While the pears are baking, combine the cream cheese, mascarpone, and Feel Good Protein Whey Protein – Vanilla Ice Cream in a bowl. Mix until smooth, then transfer to a piping bag.
  6. Once the pears are tender, plate them up and pipe or spoon the cheesecake mixture into the hollowed centres.
  7. Drizzle the reserved cherry syrup over the top for extra flavour.
