These Protein Date Bites are your new go-to snack. They combine the rich, natural sweetness of medjool dates with the satisfying crunch of almonds and a boost of protein. Perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth while keeping your health goals on track, these cups are as delicious as they are nutritious.

Ingredients

1 cup almonds
4 scoops Tasteless Protein by Feel Good Protein
220g pitted medjool dates
1 tbsp vanilla extract
100g Sugar Free Chocolate Drops by Get Ya Yum On
1 tbsp coconut oil
Optional: use almond milk to make the chocolate a little runnier if required.

Method

  1. Into a blender or food processor, add the almonds, dates and Tasteless Protein.
  2. Process the ingredients until a smooth texture forms.
  3. Add the vanilla extract.
  4. Grease a mini muffin pan. Take small balls of the mixture and press them into the mini muffin pans. Make a small hole in each one.
  5. Set in the fridge for 20 minutes.
  6. In a small bowl, melt the chocolate drops in the microwave with the coconut oil.
  7. Fill the little hole in each bite with the chocolate mixture.
  8. Once filled, return the date cups to the fridge to set for at least an hour. 
  9. Enjoy your Protein Date Bites!

    Storage: Keep in the fridge for up to a week and in the freezer for one month.
