Ingredients
2 cups quick oats
4 scoops Tasteless Protein by Feel Good Protein
½ cup peanut butter
2 tbsp butter
3 tbsp sugar-free maple syrup
140g sugar-free marshmallows
½ cup No Sugar Chocolate Chips by Get Ya Yum On
Method
- Into a bowl, mix together the oats and the protein powder.
- On the stove top, mix the butter, peanut butter and marshmallows until the mixture has melted and fully combined.
- Pour the melted mixture on top of the ingredients in the mixing bowl and stir until combined.
- Pour the mixture into a tray that is lined with greaseproof paper. Press the mixture flat into the base of the tray.
- Top with No Sugar Chocolate Chips. Press them into the surface of the mixture.
- Slice into pieces and enjoy your Quick Oat Protein Bars!
