Ingredients

1 packet gyoza wrappers
500g turkey mince
3 scoops Tasteless Protein by Feel Good Protein
½ cup reduced-sugar dried cranberries
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 ½ tbsp dried sage
1 tbsp dried dill
1 tbsp dried parsley
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp garlic salt
2 spring onions, finely sliced
2 tbsp tomato relish

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 170°C.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together turkey mince, Tasteless Protein, cranberries, sage, dill, parsley, garlic powder, garlic salt, cheese, spring onion and tomato relish.
  3. Spray a mini muffin tray with non-stick cooking spray.
  4. Press a gyoza wrapper gently into each hole of the tray to form a little cup.
  5. Spoon the turkey mixture into each wrapper.
  6. Lightly spray the tops with olive oil.
  7. Bake for 16–18 minutesor until golden.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy your Turkey & Cranberry Protein Bites!
