This Peanut Protein Chia Pudding is rich, chocolatey, and seriously easy to make. It’s got that irresistible peanut brittle flavour, paired with a creamy chia base and a crisp chocolate topping. High in protein, low on effort, and perfect for meal prep or when you’re craving something sweet that still supports your goals.

Ingredients

¼ cup chia seeds
1 tbsp allulose
1 scoop Whey Protein by Feel Good Protein (Peanut Brittle)
2 tbsp Noshu 97% Sugar Free Dark Chocolate Chips
1 tsp coconut oil
1 tsp unsalted peanuts
10 raspberries

Method

  1. Pour 200ml of water into a serving glass.
  2. Add the Whey Protein in Peanut Brittle into the glass. Mix until well combined.
  3. Add the allulose and the chia seeds and mix well.
  4. Set in the fridge for at least 2 to 4 hours, depending on the texture you enjoy.
  5. Remove the chia pudding from the fridge.
  6. Add the chocolate chips and coconut oil to a bowl. Microwave chocolate chips and coconut oil for 30 seconds.
  7. Pour the mixture over the set chia pudding. Add the raspberries and refrigerate again until the chocolate mixture is set.
  8. Add additional raspberries and peanuts and enjoy your Peanut Protein Chia Pudding!
