Ingredients
140 grams butter
2 cups Vetta Protein Plain Flour
3/4 cup Sugar Substitute
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 scoops Tasteless Protein by Feel Good Protein
1 bag Choc Chips
Method
1. First, heat up the oven to 160 C
2. Combine butter, sugar, vanilla, and cream this until it is totally combined . Make sure you longer hear the sugar scraping on the bowl (your mixture should change colour and become pale).
3. Next, add the eggs with one tablespoon out of flour.
4. Once combined, make sure you are feeling strong because you need to mix the flour and protein powder together and then mix them into your butter mixture by hand adding in about a half a cup of flour at a time.
5. At the half way point, add the chocolate chips.
6. Take a scoop of dough, spread it across the trays. Make sure it has enough spaces in between. Note: Do not squash the cookies down just place them on the tray in balls.
7. Bake for 10-15 minutes until the edge is slightly changing colour. We took ours out at the 12 minute mark.
8. Let cool for at least 10 minutes on cooling rack before serving the Choc Chip Protein Cookies
