3 scoops Tasteless Whey by Feel Good Protein
1 scoop Tasteless Probiotics + Prebiotics by Feel Good Protein
Dessert ingredients to be added to the left-over smoothie
2 tablespoons sugar free maple syrup
1 tablespoon gelatine
¼ cup boiling water
Method
For Smoothie:
1. In your blender cup, place in the frozen strawberries, raspberries, Pure Botany Purveyor Raspberry Powder, yoghurt and almond milk, along with the Tasteless Whey and Tasteless Probiotics + Prebiotics.
2. Place the lid onto the blender cup and blend your smoothie until it’s perfectly combined.
3. Pour it into your glass and enjoy the Strawberry Raspberry Protein Smoothie.
For Dessert, follow these extra steps:
4. With the remaining smoothie that was left over, add 1 tablespoon of gelatine to a heat-proof glass.
5. Pour ¼ of a cup of boiling hot water into the glass.
6. Ensure that the gelatine is totally dissolved. Note: The easiest way is to use an Electric whisk to ensure everything is beautifully blended.
7. Add the gelatine mixture and 2 tablespoons sugar maple syrup into the remaining smoothie. Mix well.
8. Pour it evenly into 2 dessert glasses. Optional: We added raspberries to the base of our glasses before pouring the jelly smoothie in.
9. Place the Strawberry Raspberry Protein desserts into the fridge and allow to set and chill for at least an hour. Enjoy!
