Ingredients
500g chicken mince
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp minced ginger
4 scoops Tasteless Protein by Feel Good Protein
1 tsp Chu Hou Paste
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Mingle Seasoning – Use Me On Everything
1 tsp Chinese 5 Spice
1 tsp sesame oil
24 wonton wrappers
Optional toppings:
Chopped spring onion
Chilli oil
Sesame seeds
Mingle Seasoning – Everything Bagel
Method
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
- In a large bowl, add the minced chicken.
- Add the garlic, ginger, Worcestershire sauce, sesame oil, Chinese 5 spice, Chu Hou Paste, all-purpose seasoning and Tasteless Protein by Feel Good Protein. Mix well.
- Grease a muffin tin and place 1 wonton wrapper in each.
- Place 1 scoop of mixture into each wrapper using an oiled ice cream scoop.
- Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
- Once cooked, remove the tin from the oven and top with your choice of toppings. Enjoy your Wonton Chicken Bites!
