If you’re looking for a deliciously unique snack or a tasty party bite, these Turkey Cranberry Wonton Bites are perfect. Packed with flavour and protein, they combine tender turkey, tangy cranberries, and the savoury zing of basil and parmesan, all wrapped in crispy wonton wrappers.
Ingredients
200g turkey slices
6 large eggs
½ cup dried cranberries
24 wonton wrappers
2 finely sliced spring onions
A handful of fresh basil, finely sliced
1 tsp Mingle Seasoned Salts – Zesty Lime Umami
1 tsp Masterfoods Everything Eggs Seasoning
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
3 scoops Tasteless Protein by Feel Good Protein
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Chop your pre-cooked, sliced turkey (leftover turkey works great!) into small, bite-sized pieces.
- Finely slice the spring onions and basil.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped turkey, spring onion, basil, eggs, Tasteless Protein by Feel Good Protein, parmesan cheese, cranberries, Mingle Seasoned Salts – Zesty Lime Umami and Masterfoods Everything Eggs Seasoning.
- Mix until fully combined.
- Lightly spray a mini muffin pan with cooking spray. Place a wonton wrapper into each of the 24 holes.
- Spoon the mixture evenly into each wonton wrapper.
- Give the tops a quick spray of olive oil spray for extra crispness.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
