Better Brownies

Fudgy and delicious, our Better Brownies is everything that you could want a brownie to be! You can enjoy these brownies knowing they are great for your macros and no doubt will be popular among kids and adults alike. They are everything that a brownie should be!

Ingredients

250 grams pumpkin chopped and roasted
120 grams apple puree
1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
1 cup almond flour
4 scoops Tasteless Protein by Feel Good Protein
½ cup brown sugar substitute
¼ teaspoon salt
1/3 cup coco powder
½ cup Noshu Choc Chips
2 tablespoons butter
2 eggs
¼ cup of milk
A squeeze of vanilla extract

Method

Roast pumpkin in 180C oven for 30 minutes. Then we scoop the flesh from the skin and mashed the pumpkin with a fork. Alternatively, feel free to puree with the skin on as this works perfectly also.

Add pumpkin, apple puree, almond flour, baking powder, Tasteless Protein, brown sugar substitute, salt and coco powder to the bowl. Mix together until everything is well combined. 

Add in a generous squirt of vanilla extract.

Melt milk, butter and Noshu choc chips together in a microwave safe dish or on a pan on the stove and add this mixture to the bowl.

Mix everything together, adding in the eggs.

Pour the brownie into a prepared brownie

Pre-heat oven to 180C and once it reaches 180 C, bake for 25 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean!

Serve with your favourite yoghurt and berries or just enjoy on its own. We think it is brilliant either way!
