Ingredients for Biscoff Cheesecake Protein Popsicles
250 grams Light Philly Cheese
4 scoops of Tasteless Protein by Feel Good Protein
½ cup Light Sour Cream
½ cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup Lakanto Brown Sugar Substitute
1/3 cup Biscoff + 5 flat teaspoons
Crushed Cashews
Method for Biscoff Cheesecake Protein Popsicles
First off, remove Philly Cheese from the fridge and prepare the rest of the ingredients.
Warm the milk and vanilla extract in the microwave for approximately 40 seconds or until it is warm but not boiling.
Then, add Philly Cheese, Sour Cream and Tasteless Protein to a bowl that you can pour from and mix until everything is well combined.
Pour in the milk and vanilla mixture and mix until a thick custard-like texture is formed.
Afterwards, add in the Brown Sugar Substitute and mix.
Once everything is well combined, divide the mixture by half, by pouring the other half into another bowl. Then, add biscoff to one of the bowls and mix again.
Now it is time to assemble the popsicles.
Alternate layers of vanilla and biscoff mixture into your popsicle moulds with layers of crushed nuts and a teaspoon of biscoff. Repeat the process until your moulds are filled!
Place into the freezer and allow to freeze completely!
When it’s ready to serve, remove from the freezer and dip into noshu chocolate mixed with coconut oil or just enjoy them as they are. Either way enjoy the Biscoff Cheesecake Protein Popsicles!
