8 Mini Brioche Rolls (or whatever carrier vessel you choose for your dip)
3 scoops Tasteless Protein by Feel Good Protein
200g Bulla High Protein Cottage Cheese with Onion & Chives
60g Baby Spinach
35g Continental Classics French Onion Simmer Soup
2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese
½ cup Grated Cheese (optional)

First up, pre-heat air fryer or oven to 200C.
Then remove the tops of your mini rolls and make a small well that is large enough to accommodate your filling. Reserve the tops of the rolls to use later as lids if desired.
In a food processor, blend together the Tasteless Protein, cottage cheese, baby spinach, French Onion soup mix and Parmesan Cheese.
Once this mixture is smoothly blended, add the mixture to the wells that were created in the tops of the mini rolls.
Top with grated cheese if desired.
Place into your pre-heated air fryer or oven for 5-6 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the filling is deliciously gooey. Enjoy the Mini Cob Loaves
