These dessert cheesecake bars are an absolute delight in the mouth and can easily help you reach your daily protein goals, albeit they could be slightly addictive! Try these at home and we have no doubt will be a smash hit with family and friends too.
1 packet Ginger Biscuits
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 Scoop Tasteless Protein by Feel Good Protein
2 Packets Cream Cheese of Choice
2 tbsp honey (optional half cup of sweetener of choice)
6 Scoops Tasteless Protein by Feel Good Protein
6 tbsp Biscoff
First off, in the food processor, turn a packet of ginger biscuits into crumbs and the combine with 1 scoop of Tasteless Protein and 2 tablespoons of coconut oil.
Afterward, mix until everything is well combined and press this mixture into the tin/s that you wish to use.
Turn on the Oven to 160C.
Then, in a bowl, crack the 3 eggs and place the two packages of cream cheese.
Add the 6 scoops of Tasteless Protein and the Biscoff.
Using an electric mixer, mix them until the texture is very smooth and well combined.
Then, add in the honey (and optional sweetner) and mix.
Spoon this mixture into your greased tin/s.
Lastly, bake in a 160 degree oven for 25-30 minutes or until lightly golden.
