Ingredients
12 medjool dates
⅔ cup peanut butter
2 scoops Tasteless Whey by Feel Good Protein
100g Noshu Dark Choc Chips
2 tbsp almond milk
Method
1. Place one medjool date into each cavity of a mini silicone muffin pan. Press each date down firmly to create a flat base. Set aside.
2. In a small bowl, mix the peanut butter with the Tasteless Whey by Feel Good Protein until well combined.
3. Spoon a small amount of the peanut butter mixture over each date, pressing it down gently to create an even layer.
4. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the Noshu dark choc chips and almond milk. Microwave in short bursts, stirring between each, until smooth.
5. Spoon the melted chocolate over each peanut layer, ensuring they are evenly coated. Pop the tray into the fridge and allow them to set for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
