Chocolate Protein Easter Nests are a fun, fuss-free treat perfect for the Easter season. These no-bake bites are rich, chocolatey, and deliciously crunchy, plus they’re incredibly easy to whip up. Enjoy them as a sweet after-dinner treat or grab one as a tasty snack anytime.
Ingredients
Cooking spray
30g butter
50g granulated allulose
1½ tbsp cocoa powder
40ml almond milk
40g peanut butter
1 scoop Whey Protein by Feel Good Protein (Chocolate Milk)
1 scoop Tasteless Protein Collagen by Feel Good Protein
¾ cup rice flakes
18 mini candy-covered chocolate eggs
Method
- Spray a muffin tin lightly with cooking spray and set aside.
- Add butter, allulose and cocoa powder to a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until melted and smooth. Bring to a gentle boil for 30 seconds.
- Remove from heat and stir in almond milk and peanut butter until smooth.
- Fold in the rice flakes and mix until evenly coated.
- Add Chocolate Milk Whey Protein and Tasteless Protein Collagen and mix until fully combined.
- Spoon the mixture evenly into 6 sections of the muffin tin, filling each about three-quarters full.
- Press 3 mini candy-covered chocolate eggs into the centre of each nest.
- Place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or until firm.
- Remove from the muffin tin and serve. Enjoy your Chocolate Protein Easter Nests!
