Our Christmas Caramel Protein Tiramisu is the perfect dessert for the festive season. This treat packs 22g of protein per serving while also keeping carbs and fat low. With creamy Chobani yoghurt, a splash of sugar-free caramel syrup, and that rich espresso hit, this dessert is an absolute dream!
Ingredients
A double shot of espresso
2 sponge fingers
3/4 cup Protein Chobani Yoghurt
1 tbsp sugar-free caramel syrup
1/2 sachet Feel Good Shake – Vanilla
1 scoop Tasteless Protein by Feel Good Protein
Drinking chocolate (for sprinkling on top)
Method
- Start by brewing your coffee and setting it aside to cool slightly.
- Place two sponge fingers into a small dish. Pour the espresso over the sponge fingers, then set them aside.
- In a bowl, combine the Protein Chobani Yoghurt, sugar-free caramel syrup, Feel Good Shake – Vanilla, and Tasteless Protein by Feel Good Protein. Stir well until everything is smooth.
- Gently spoon the mixture over the soaked sponge fingers, making sure to spread it out evenly.
- Pop the dish in the fridge and let it chill for at least 2 hours.
