Ingredients for Double Chocolate Lava Cake
1 sachet Chocolate Feel Good Shake
3 tbsp unsweetened coco powder
1 tbsp baking powder
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk or water
1 or 2 squares of your favourite non – sugar chocolate or normal dark chocolate buttons
Method
Add all ingredients together.
Mix until everything is well combined and you will know this when the mixture becomes thick.
Place the mixture into a condiment sized microwave safe dish and create a little hole in the middle.
Place one or two squares of your favourite sugar free or dark chocolate into the hole and cover with cake batter.
Cook in the microwave on high for 1 minute and 20 seconds.
Remove from microwave and turn the cake out into a plate.
Enjoy the Double Chocolate Lava Cake with yoghurt or low fat cream. Otherwise on its own will just be as delicious!
