If you’re looking to enjoy marshmallow the regret-free way, try our Feel Good Protein Marshmallows. With only using three ingredients, these marshmallows are light, fluffy, protein packed and perfect for snacking, or adding to your favorite hot drinks. It doesn’t get easier than this!!
1 sachet of Wild Raspberry Feel Good Protein Jelly
1/3 cup Monk fruit caster sugar substitute
150 ml boiling hot water
Desiccated coconut (optional)
Firstly, boil 150ml water using your kettle.
Using a clean bowl, add one Feel Good Protein Jelly Mix and 1/3 of a cup of Monk Fruit Sweetener.
Pour the boiling water over the two ingredients and mix thoroughly until everything is well combined.
Once it’s completed, place the mixture into the refrigerator until the mixture is totally cool.
Once the mixture is chilled, remove it from the fridge and start whipping it with your mixer.
Mix for 10 minutes and the texture will have entirely changed and you will have a bowl marshmallow on your hands. Note: To achieve the best marshmallow texture, this is the part where it’s essential that you have either a very high speed mixer or a very strong arm(s).
We lined a brownie pan with baking paper and covered the base with a thin layer of desiccated coconut.
Once this is complete, add the mixture to the pan and place it back into the fridge to chill for at least one hour.
Remove from fridge, cut to your desired sizes and enjoy your Feel Good Protein Marshmallows!
