2 cups Almond Flour Blend
1/2 cup Coconut Flour Sifted
3 scoops Tasteless Protein Complete by Feel Good Protein
2 tablespoons Monk Fruit sweetener
2 tablespoon crushed gluten free Panko Crumbs
1/2 cup cashew butter
1/2 cup brown rice syrup or date syrup
1 tablespoon Vanilla Almond milk
¼ cup of mini marshmallows
¼ cup of Noshu chocolate chips
Firstly, line a brownie pan with grease proof paper and set it to the side.
In a large bowl, add Almond Flour, sift in the Coconut Flour, 3 scoops of Tasteless protein by Feel Good Protein, 2 tablespoons of Monk Fruit sweetener and 2 tablespoons of Panko Crumbs.
Then, mix the dry ingredients together and set to the side.
In a separate microwave safe dish, add Nut Butter and Brown Rice or Date Syrup and heat in the microwave for 1 minute and then stir. Microwave again in 30 second increments until fully mixed and runny.
Then, pour the melted mixture over the dry ingredients and mix until a dough is formed.
If you need to add the Almond Milk, do it here and only until you have a dough with a smooth consistency. We go a tablespoon at a time if needed.
Add in the mini marshmallows and choc chips and mix again.
Afterwards, place into the lined brownie pan and press the ingredients in until it is all smooth.
Lastly, place the pan into the refrigerator until the mixture is nice and firm. Cut into bars of your desired size and enjoy the Feel Good S’mores Protein Bars!
