Directions for use:
For each scoop (1) use between 300 – 600ml of water and shake well. Water level may be adjusted to suit your taste preference. To achieve 15g of protein, a total of two (2) scoops is needed. Enjoy multiple times a day.

It was very very expensive (more than $2 per sachet) for a 10 sachet taste test. I enjoyed the flavours but my friend had 3 of the same sachets included free in her order so if I’d known that I wouldn’t have ordered this pack.
Handy little sachets and great flavours. Wild Raspberry was my favourite 💕
