Ingredients

500g extra lean beef
1 tbsp pressed liquid coconut premium oil
3 scoops Tasteless Protein by Feel Good Protein
2 tbsp chives, finely cut
1 spring onion
1 tsp fresh thyme
2 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp truffle paste
1 tsp Backyard Barbeque Seasoning by Mingle
Everything Bagel Seasoning by Mingle
1 cup tomato pasta sauce
¾ cup mozzarella

Method

  1. Place the beef mince into a large mixing bowl. Add the chives, spring onion, truffle paste, Tasteless Protein, hoisin sauce, Backyard Barbeque Seasoning, and fresh thyme. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Shape the mixture into 16 evenly sized meatballs and place them straight into the pan. Cook, turning regularly, until browned on all sides.
  3. Once browned, add ½ cup of water to the pan. Cover with a lid and allow the meatballs to steam until cooked through.
  4. Serve immediately or use for meal prep. Pair with coleslaw and tomato pasta sauce, then top with a sprinkle of mozzarella. Finish with Everything Bagel Seasoning just before serving for extra flavour and crunch. Enjoy your High Protein Truffle Meatballs!
