These High-Protein Turkey Stuffing Balls are soft, moist, and packed with cosy Christmas vibes thanks to the sage and cranberry. They’re completely bariatric-friendly too, without missing out on any of the flavour or nutrients. Perfect for festive gatherings, meal prep, or even a quick little snack!
Ingredients
500g turkey mince
3 scoops Tasteless Protein by Feel Good Protein
½ cup finely chopped dried cranberries
½ cup grated mozzarella
½ cup almond flour
10g chopped chives
1 tsp fresh thyme
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tbsp dried sage
1 tbsp dried parsley
1 tsp pepper
2 tbsp tomato relish
Method
- Add all the ingredients to a large bowl and gently combine with a spoon or your hands.
- Take tbsp-sized scoops of the mixture and roll into mini stuffing balls.
- Place rolled balls onto a lined baking tray.
- Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes at 180°C. Shake halfway through and bake for a further 18-20 minutes at 190°C.
