Ingredients
5 Eggs
1 Cup Milk of choice
½ Cup Self Raising Flour
3 Scoops Tasteless Protein Powder by Feel Good Protein
½ Cup Grated Cheese
50 grams Goats Cheese
1 Red Onion finely sliced
150 grams Mushrooms (optional)
½  Cup of Ham finely cubed
1 Tbsp Parsley finely chopped
Salt and Pepper
Method
Whisk eggs together in a bowl.
Add milk and continue to whisk.
Add in the Flour and the Tasteless Protein Powder.
Incorporate the grated Cheese, Onion, Ham, Herbs and salt and pepper.
Place in a greased flan dish and bake for 50 minutes on 180.
