Ingredients
¾ cup almond flour
2 tablespoons brown sugar substitute
1.5 tablespoons butter melted
250 grams of lite Philadelphia Cream Cheese
½ cup cottage cheese blended
¼ cup white sugar substitute
1 egg
4 scoops Tasteless Protein by Feel Good Protein
1 tablespoon vanilla
Natvia Caramel Sauce
Chopped Cashews
2 tablespoons melted choc chips
1 tablespoon Coconut oil

Method
Firstly, spray muffin pan with cooking spray and preheat oven to 180C.
Create the base for your mini cheesecakes by combining the almond flour, brown sugar substitute and melted butter. (Trust the process – it will look like a lot of butter, however the almond flour will absorb it.)
Press this mixture into the base of the muffin pans and bake in the oven for 8 minutes.
Remove bases from the oven and set to the side.
Lower the temperature of the oven to 160C.
To make the delicious cheesecake filling blend cottage cheese either with a stab blender or use a blender cup.
Add Philly cheese to a bowl and combine cottage cheese, sugar substitute, Tasteless Protein, egg and vanilla and mix well until fully combined.
Fill the muffin pans with the cheesecake mixture and bake in the oven for 30 minutes on 160C.
Once cooked, remove from oven and allow to chill in the fridge for 4 hours before topping them with a layer of caramel Natvia, a layer of chopped cashews and a layer of chocolate, finishing off with another
layer of chopped cashews.
Set into the fridge again for at least half an hour until serving and enjoy the Mars Bar Protein Cheesecake Bites!
