These cookies are a great option when you are looking for a filling snack in the afternoon but also have those sweet cravings.
Powdered Peanut Butter (PPB) is a great low calorie, low fat and heathier version of normal peanut butter! It’s so easy to cook with and is a great way to add extra protein and fibre to your baking.
To help hit protein goals, these cookies have been made with Tasteless Protein as well for extra protein!
4 TBSP PBB with chocolate (to mix with water)
4 TBSP water
1 cup almond flour
2 scoops Tasteless Protein
1/2 TSP bicarb soda
1/2 cup PBB with chocolate (to mix in later on)
1/4 cup sugar free maple syrup
1 TBSP sugar free choc chips white
1 TBSP sugar free choc chips dark
Extra Noshu Chocolate to dip cookies in if desired.
Flaked sea salt.
Pre Heat oven to 180 C
Mix together the 4 TBSP’s of PBB with the water until smooth.
Add to mixing bowl and add all of the dry ingredients including more PPB.
Add in the egg and mix.
Add the No sugar Maple Syrup and mix.
Add the choc chips.
Using a teaspoon spoon out mixture onto a lined tray until it is all used up.
With a fork that has been dipped in water, place marks across the surface of the cookies.
Bake for 7-9 minutes and allow to cool for 10 minutes on tray before placing on a wire rack to cool.
Dip into melted chocolate and sprinkle with flaked sea salt if desired.
