Ingredients
3 scoops Whey Protein by Feel Good Protein (Vanilla Ice Cream)
1 cup almond flour
2 tbsp coconut flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup granulated sweetener
1 egg
2 tbsp almond milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp melted butter
2 tbsp chopped pistachios
Method
- Preheat oven to 170°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
- In a bowl, mix the almond flour, coconut flour, whey protein, baking powder, cinnamon, and sweetener.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the egg, almond milk, vanilla extract, and melted butter.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, stirring until a dough forms. If it’s too dry, add a splash more almond milk.
- Fold in chopped pistachios.
- Roll into small balls and place on the tray. Flatten slightly with your palm.
