Our Protein Oat Bar Tray Bake is a super quick DIY protein bars that are so easy to make at home! Made to help boost your protein intake, this recipe is absolutely delicious and perfect for all tummy sizes – you can cut the bars to whatever shape or size you wish to eat it in!


150g Red Tractor Paleo Flour
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
6 scoops Tasteless Protein by Feel Good Protein
90g rolled oats
70g (firmly packed) brown sugar
1 packet Noshu Choc Chips
80 grams butter, melted cooled slightly
¼ cup of Water
1 egg


To a large bowl add the Red Tractor Paleo Flour, Tasteless Protein Powder, Rolled Oats and Brown Sugar and baking powder. Combine these ingredients well.

Onto a separate bowl, melt the butter and allow to cool a little bit.

Then pour the melted butter over the dry ingredients and then add one egg and water as needed.

Mix them until everything are well combined and then add the chocolate chips. (Adding them before now risks them melting from the warmed butter.)

Afterward, place into a lined baking tray and bake at 170 C for 25 to 30 minutes and the top of the slice is a beautiful golden brown.

Allow to cool before removing from the tray. Then cut the slice into the portion sizes that you desire and enjoy our Protein Oat Bar Tray Bake!
