Our Protein Rainbow Quiche is a light, tasty, and nutritious way to fuel your body. Made with Tasteless Protein by Feel Good Protein, cottage cheese, bacon, veggies, and creamy feta, it’s packed with goodness and a serious protein boost. Gluten-free and meal-prep friendly, it’s perfect for breakfast, post-workout, or a quick lunch on the go.

Ingredients

6 large eggs
4 scoops Tasteless Protein by Feel Good Protein
1 cup cottage cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp Chicken Gravy by Mingle
150g cubed pumpkin
1 cup baby spinach, finely sliced
1 handful of basil, finely sliced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, finely diced
175g bacon, finely diced
100g feta

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 160°C (fan-forced).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, cottage cheese, Tasteless Protein by Feel Good Protein, salt, pepper, and Mingle seasoning until smooth and well combined. Set aside.
  3. Finely dice the bacon, cherry tomatoes, basil, and baby spinach. If your pumpkin isn’t pre-chopped, cut it into small cubes.
  4. Grease a baking dish with cooking spray. Evenly spread the bacon, veggies, and pumpkin across the base of the dish.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the top, ensuring everything is evenly coated. Crumble the feta over the top.
  6. Bake for 40 minutes, or until the quiche is set.
  7. Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, then slice and enjoy your Rainbow Protein Quiche!
