I have always had a lot of trouble sleeping. In particular getting to sleep. I dissolved a packet of the strawberry kiwi sleep time and around 30min later i started to feel drowsy and fell asleep. I still woke up a few times throughout the night but the difference being I have gone back to sleep without any tossing and turning. The next morning I felt really good. There were no residue from the product lingering giving that fog like state of mind. I actually felt as if I had had a good sleep. Strawberry kiwi is my favorite. Highly recommend for the ” tossers and turners” who have trouble getting to sleep. Great taste as well.
