Ingredients

A selection of baking and protein products arranged side by side: a yellow and blue sample packet of Feel Good Protein Meal Replacement Shake; a purple packet of Noshu No Sugar Chocolate Melts; a nutmeg jar and colourful sprinkles resting on a Weet‑Bix Gluten Free box; a white tube of vanilla paste; a lit candle; a glass jar of coconut oil; a blue and yellow sample packet of Feel Good Protein Tasteless Protein Collagen; and a container of Queen Sugar Free Maple Flavoured Syrup

Method

  1. Crumble the Weet-Bix into a mixing bowl using your hands or the back of a spoon.
  2. Add the nutmeg, vanilla paste, sugar-free maple syrup and the meal replacement shake, then stir until well combined.
  3. Pour in 70 ml of hot water and mix until the ingredients come together to form a moist, dough-like consistency.
  4. Add the protein powder and the final Weet-Bix, stirring again until the mixture forms a firm dough that holds its shape when squeezed. Set aside.
  5. Place the chocolate melts and coconut oil into a heatproof bowl, microwave for 30 seconds and stir until smooth and glossy.
  6. Portion the mixture into 8 serves, then roll each portion into a ball and press a freeze-dried strawberry into the centre.
  7. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate and top with heart-shaped sprinkles before the chocolate sets.
  8. Enjoy your Strawberry Cinnamon Protein Balls!
