- 4 Weet-Bix
- 1 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 tsp vanilla paste
- 1 tbsp sugar-free maple flavoured syrup
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 100g Noshu 95% Sugar Free Milk Chocolate Melts
- 8 Alli & Rose Dark Chocolate Freeze-Dried Strawberries
- Heart shaped sprinkles (to decorate)

Method
- Crumble the Weet-Bix into a mixing bowl using your hands or the back of a spoon.
- Add the nutmeg, vanilla paste, sugar-free maple syrup and the meal replacement shake, then stir until well combined.
- Pour in 70 ml of hot water and mix until the ingredients come together to form a moist, dough-like consistency.
- Add the protein powder and the final Weet-Bix, stirring again until the mixture forms a firm dough that holds its shape when squeezed. Set aside.
- Place the chocolate melts and coconut oil into a heatproof bowl, microwave for 30 seconds and stir until smooth and glossy.
- Portion the mixture into 8 serves, then roll each portion into a ball and press a freeze-dried strawberry into the centre.
