Our Strawberry Matcha Cheesecake Cups are creamy, fresh, and packed with protein – making them the perfect dessert, meal prep, or even breakfast that actually fuels your body!

Ingredients

Cheesecake filling:
1 tsp matcha powder
150g Greek yoghurt
75g lite sour cream
2 scoops Whey Protein by Feel Good Protein (Vanilla Ice Cream)

Base
3 tbsp almond flour”
2 scoops Tasteless Protein by Feel Good Protein
1 tbsp sugar-free maple syrup

Optional toppings
Fresh strawberries
Red currants

Method

  1. Add the almond flour, tasteless protein, and sugar-free maple syrup to a bowl. Mix until combined and slightly crumbly.
  2. Divide evenly between serving cups and press down firmly to create the base. Place in the fridge to set.
  3. In another bowl, combine the Greek yoghurt and lite sour cream until smooth.
  4. Sprinkle the matcha powder over the top and mix well, ensuring no clumps.
  5. Add the vanilla whey protein and mix until thick, creamy, and fully combined.
  6. Spoon the cheesecake filling over the chilled bases and smooth the tops.
  7. Finish with chopped fresh strawberries. Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours until set. Enjoy your Strawberry Matcha Cheesecake Cups!
