Ingredients
Cheesecake filling:
1 tsp matcha powder
150g Greek yoghurt
75g lite sour cream
2 scoops Whey Protein by Feel Good Protein (Vanilla Ice Cream)
Base
3 tbsp almond flour”
2 scoops Tasteless Protein by Feel Good Protein
1 tbsp sugar-free maple syrup

Fresh strawberries

Method
- Add the almond flour, tasteless protein, and sugar-free maple syrup to a bowl. Mix until combined and slightly crumbly.
- Divide evenly between serving cups and press down firmly to create the base. Place in the fridge to set.
- In another bowl, combine the Greek yoghurt and lite sour cream until smooth.
- Sprinkle the matcha powder over the top and mix well, ensuring no clumps.
- Add the vanilla whey protein and mix until thick, creamy, and fully combined.
- Spoon the cheesecake filling over the chilled bases and smooth the tops.
