The harmonious blend of mango, raspberries and exotic touch of papaya, makes this smoothie an absolute tropical delight in the mouth and a wonderful carrier for a big hit of protein and fibre through the added ingredients. Try this at home and make it on repeat, you’ll love it!

Ingredients for Sunrise Smoothie

½ cup Frozen Mango
¼ cup Fresh or Frozen Raspberries
¼ of a small Paw Paw (Papaya)
½ cup Coconut or Greek Yoghurt
1 Scoop Tasteless Protein by Feel Good Protein
1 Scoop Tasteless Fibre by Feel Good Protein
½ cup Almond Milk
1 Tbsp White Chia Seeds

Method for Sunrise Smoothie

First up, prepare Paw Paw by peeling, de-seeding and chopping into small pieces.

Then, place all ingredients into blender or blending cup.

Blend for a minute or two – until the mixture is perfectly smooth and looks a little bit like the orangey-pink colour, similar to the colour of the sky at dawn!

When serving, pour into your chilled glass and enjoy our Sunrise Smoothie!
