Serve our protein-rich Orange Chicken to the family and satisfy even the pickiest of eaters! 4 Skinless Chicken thighs cut into bite-size pieces
2 Eggs whisked
½ cup Cornflour
¼ cup panko crumbs
1 cup Orange Juice
4 Scoops Tasteless Protein by Feel Good Protein
1 Tablespoon Honey
1 Tablespoon Dark Soy Sauce
2 Tablespoons Rice Vinegar or White Vinegar
1 teaspoon minced Ginger
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder or 2 garlic cloves,
½ teaspoon Red Chili Flakes
1 teaspoon Smokey Mingle Seasoning
1 Tablespoon Cornflour
Firstly, pre-heat Air Fryer to 180C.
Place sliced chicken thigh into egg wash and then coat with cornflour and panko crumbs.
Once all the chicken is coated, place into the air fryer and cook for 20 minutes at 180C.
*Or bake chicken in the oven for 45 minutes and then coat with half the orange sauce and return to the oven for 20 minutes – this is our preferred way when time permits!
Into a small saucepan, combine all of the sauce ingredients except for the cornflour.
Stir until the mixture comes to a simmer and then add in the cornflour mixed into 2 tablespoons of water.
Mix until the sauce comes to the boil.
Finally, pour sauce over the chicken once it is out of the air fryer and enjoy with your favourite accompaniments.
