1 packet of Aldi pancake mix
350ml of water
2 scoops of Tasteless Protein For Kids by Feel Good Protein
Fresh strawberries, sliced
Hundreds & Thousands sprinkles
Firstly, pre-heat your oven to 190°C and grease a baking tray or a dish.
Use baking paper and sprayed it with cooking spray (avoid traybake from sticking).
In the container of the pancake mix, add water as well as the pancake mix and 2 scoops of Tasteless Protein for Kids by Feel Good Protein.
Shake the ingredients in the container until you have a smooth batter (ensure all the lumps are gone).
Pour the batter onto the greased baking tray. Spread it evenly to cover the entire surface.
1st quarter of the Traybake Protein Pancake: Fill with freshly sliced strawberries.
2nd quarter of the Traybake Pancake: Generously sprinkle chocolate chips.
3rd quarter of the Traybake Protein Pancake: Scatter Hundreds & Thousands sprinkles for touch of fun.
4th quarter of the Traybake Protein Pancake: Finish of with sliced strawberries for a visual delight.
Once all the toppings are in, place the tray in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the pancake turns golden brown and is cooked through.
Slice your pancake into individual portions (pieces).
