Ingredients
1 packet gyoza wrappers
500g turkey mince
3 scoops Tasteless Protein by Feel Good Protein
½ cup reduced-sugar dried cranberries
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 ½ tbsp dried sage
1 tbsp dried dill
1 tbsp dried parsley
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp garlic salt
2 spring onions, finely sliced
2 tbsp tomato relish
Method
- Preheat oven to 170°C.
- In a large bowl, mix together turkey mince, Tasteless Protein, cranberries, sage, dill, parsley, garlic powder, garlic salt, cheese, spring onion and tomato relish.
- Spray a mini muffin tray with non-stick cooking spray.
- Press a gyoza wrapper gently into each hole of the tray to form a little cup.
- Spoon the turkey mixture into each wrapper.
- Lightly spray the tops with olive oil.
- Bake for 16–18 minutesor until golden.
