These Vanilla Protein Marshmallows are light, fluffy, and perfectly sweet – made for dunking into your hot choccy, enjoying as a post-workout treat, or sneaking straight from the fridge (no judgement here). They taste like a treat but come with a nourishing protein boost, so you can satisfy your sweet tooth and fuel your body at the same time.
Ingredients
6 tbsp powdered gelatin
240ml cold water
240ml hot water
2 scoops Whey Protein by Feel Good Protein (Vanilla Ice Cream)
4 tbsp powdered erythritol or agave syrup
2 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Method
- Sprinkle the gelatin over cold water and let it sit for 5 minutes until fully soaked.
- Pour hot water over the bloomed gelatin and stir until completely dissolved and lump-free.
- Let the mixture rest for 2–3 minutes, so it’s warm but not hot.
- Slowly sprinkle in the whey protein while gently whisking until smooth.
- Stir in sweetener, vanilla, and a pinch of salt.
- Using a hand or stand mixer, whip on high for 6–8 minutes until thick, glossy, and holding firm peaks.
- Spoon or pipe the mixture into a lined tray or silicone mould.
- Refrigerate for 1–2 hours until fully set.
- Cut into cubes and lightly dust with powdered sweetener. Enjoy your Vanilla Protein Marshmallows!
