Try our high-protein version of the viral Cottage Cheese Wrap! It’s just as good as everyone has been saying – crunchy on the outside but also soft on the inside, tasty and high in protein. We loved this wrap and have been making it daily for lunches.
Ingredients For the Wrap
½ cup Cottage Cheese
1 egg
1 scoop Tasteless Protein by Feel Good Protein
½ teaspoon Chicken Spice
½ teaspoon Mingle seasoning – Whoops We Forgot The Bagel
Non-stick cooking spray
Method
1. Line a baking tray with grease-proof paper and pre-heat oven to 170C.
2. Add the Cottage Cheese, egg, Tasteless Protein by Feel Good Protein and chicken spice (or seasonings of your choice) to the blender cup. Note – We used a stick blender however you could mix these ingredients up in your blender or food processor.
3. Blend all the ingredients until you have a beautifully smooth batter.
4. Pour the batter into the pre-lined baking tray that is also sprayed with non-stick cooking spray (this ensures that your wrap will not stick to the tray).
5. Bake in the oven for at least 35 minutes but up to 45 minutes.
6. It is a good idea to watch how your wrap is going as it can go from golden to charred very quickly! Adjust the heat on your oven accordingly if needed.
7. Remove from the oven, top with your favourite toppings and enjoy!
