Ingredients
1 cup smooth natural peanut butter
3 scoops Whey Protein by Feel Good Protein (Peanut Brittle)
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup Noshu Choc Chips
Method
- Line a small square container or tin with baking paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, add the coconut oil. Microwave in 20-second bursts until just melted and smooth.
- Stir in the vanilla extract and Whey Protein by Feel Good Protein in Peanut Brittle until well combined.
- Fold through the Noshu choc chips (save a few for topping if you like!)
- Pour the mixture into the prepared container and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle over extra choc chips if using, then pop it in the fridge for 1–2 hours or until firm.
- Slice into small squares and store in the fridge or freezer. Enjoy your Choc Chip Peanut Protein Fudge!
